Combination by brother chefs
Chef Mutsumi Nakai/Yuzo was born in Kobe.
The two, who both pursued the Italian path, traveled to Italy together in 2018.
He studied at star-rated restaurants, trattorias, and pizzerias from the north to the south, interacting with experienced chefs, and experiencing traditional cuisine rooted in each region.
After returning to Japan, he enriched the methods and commitment he gained there and developed his own unique worldview.
